Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before submitting a booking request.
By submitting a booking request through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Tender Juicy Booth reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
1. Booking & Approval
- All bookings are subject to review and approval by the Tender Juicy Booth team.
- Submitting a booking form does not guarantee a confirmed booking.
- The booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment of the required down payment.
- You will receive an email notification once your booking has been reviewed.
2. Payment Policy
- A quotation will be sent via email after initial review.
- A down payment is required to confirm and hold your event date.
- The down payment amount will be specified in the quotation.
- Full payment or the remaining balance must be settled on or before the event date.
- Payment methods accepted: GCash, Maya, Credit/Debit Card, Online Banking via PayMongo.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Down payments are strictly non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.
- If Tender Juicy Booth cancels the booking due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund of the down payment will be processed.
- Cancellations made by the client within 7 days of the event will not be entitled to a refund.
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 5 business days before the event.
4. Schedule & Availability
- Event dates are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Tender Juicy Booth reserves the right to decline bookings at its sole discretion.
- Double-bookings on the same date and time slot will not be accepted.
5. Additional Charges
- Additional fees may apply depending on the event location, logistics requirements, manpower needs, and event duration.
- Out-of-Metro Manila events are subject to transportation fees.
- Service extensions beyond the agreed hours will be billed accordingly.
- Special requirements or customizations may incur additional charges.
6. Client Responsibilities
- The client must ensure that there is adequate space, power supply, and permits required for the booth setup.
- The client is responsible for securing necessary permits from local authorities, barangay, or event venue management.
- Tender Juicy Booth is not liable for event delays caused by the client or third parties.
7. Liability
- Tender Juicy Booth shall not be held liable for incidents beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, or force majeure events.
- The client assumes full responsibility for securing the safety and welfare of their guests at the event.
